Yesterday was turned into a very long day out & my Pixy (laptop) is no longer able to withstand daily jaunts. Every time I boarded a bus to go home, I ended up somewhere

else! Until 9:30. And then I was done. So – apologies for not posting yesterday.

Of course it being Thursday, the last trip for the day was making it to Salem Poetry Project at the Ike Box. With the heat wave, and downtown buildings’s knack of not being able to shed the day’s heat during the evening, SPP relocated to the cool evening shade on the sidewalk.

Despite being running myself ragged before the event, it was an enjoyable gathering.

Today is a third long day on a row. I am at Prisms Gallery downtown already, prepped to set up my CC Willow Pop-Up gallery in the Reed Alley for this evening’s Salem Art Walk. And, like the past 4 months, I have poetry books (Salem Paint The Town 2016, Moments Before Midnight) also on display.
