September 21st – the day of MY people. No – not The Celts. Not the Cherokees. Not even the Faire Folk. Nope – I’m talking my dominant ancestors … The Hobbits

Sept 21st’s prompt is “National Hobbit Day”

(Okay – technically it’s Bilbo’s & Frodo’s birthday(s). But it’s a good day to celebrate being a Halfling.

So do what you choose to celebrate – visit your local Golden Dragon. Plunge your hands into good farm, harvest your crops.  Sit by the fire with your feet up and listen to dwarves alk you into an adventure. Eat all eleven of the daily meals. Go out to the woods and watch for elves.  Kill a spider. Write a poem.
