Day 26 of 30 in our 2018 NaNoWriMo & November Poem-A-Day (NovPAD) challenges. Only 5 days left of the writing challenges …

Today is Cyber Monday; when holiday shoppers look to score in online purchases. Now I am a Sci-Fi fan and I think we can twist it a little; let’s have our prompt just be  “cyber”.

For 2018 PAD Challenge, Day 26 prompt’s is to write an ambitious poem.

Over at Poetry Potion’s Poem-A-Day Challenge prompt has a great quote for today’s prompt –  it is “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” ― Mary Oliver

The NaNoWriMo prompt calendar offers another quote for today – “There are no laws for the novel. There never has been, nor could there ever be ~ Doris Lessing”. And that’s true – I have read some novels that are not consecutive on their timeline, or use strange point-of-views.

Yep – I’m all about the prompts!

I am out of the house today in my CC Willow persona; today is the drop-off for the juried Something Red show. It is Artists in Action’s premier event of the year and requires heavy involvement; I volunteered for today as it is less physically demanding than other tasks.

I, myself have dropped off my three new pieces that were accepted: Something Emerging, Something Hidden and Something Revealed. I can’t share images of them yet until the show opens the evening of Dec 5th.

So check back here Dec 6th …
