Today’s prompt comes from one of my favorite Halloween movies, and – no – It’s not horror or suspense. But family-friendly “Hocus Pocus”.

Spoiler: Our hero, Max, lights a black flame candle  … in a Witch’s candle … on Halloween … and he’s a virgin. Which results in resurrecting three witches that like to consume children.
Which just teaches you it is okay to be in a Witches’ cottage. on Halloween, it’s okay to light a candle – even one with a foreboding name like “Black Flame Candle” – as long as you’re not a virgin!

The Oct 19th’s prompt is “Black flame candle”

Yes, there are all kinds of risky risks for virgins!

Maybe you want to write a poem about all the risks virgins need to be wary of – like dragons, or druids needing a sacrifice for the full moon.

Or maybe you are feeling a little witchy and want to share your recipe for the Black Flame Candle.

Perhaps you are Thackery Binks – the cat that’s cursed to live.
