Day 3 of 30 in our 2018 NaNoWriMo & November Poem-A-Day (NovPAD challenges.

I am leaning toward highlighting November’s “Days” since this is November. Today is
International Stout DayNational Bison Day and National Sandwich Day (There’s a lot of National Days for food this Thanksgiving month) Since I am a conservationist, for Day 3, I am offering “bison. not buffalo”.
Checked  Robert Lee Brewers 2018 NovPAD Challenge, DAy’s 2 prompt was to write a darkest hour poem. Day 3’s prompt is “tired of (blank).
Not sure yet who else is offering a PAD challenge this year – I will add them as I find them.
Still haven’t found NaNoWriMo’s 2018 prompt yet.
I didn’t get to any NaNoWriMo writing on Friday – but it was Day 2 and there are 28 days left. I always factor in a few days of NOT writing due to life popping up … and life popped up a few times today. Today’s a new day.

My NovPAD prompt yesterday was “when the dead became the living”.  Here’s a draft of my poem from that prompt.
