Day 5 of 30 in our 2018 NaNoWriMo & November Poem-A-Day (NovPAD challenges.
Today is National Redhead Day so let’s have ou NovPAD prompt be ““the redhead in my life”.
On Robert Lee Brewers 2018 PAD Challenge, Brewer had Day 4’s prompt be to write an apologetic poem. Day 5’s prompt is to write a private poem.
I have found that Poetry Potion IS doing a Poem-A-Day Challenge this month.
- Day 1′ s prompt was “the rules of mourning”
- Day 2′ s prompt was “the feuds that make us”
- Day 3′ s prompt was “five people I can’t name”
- Day 4’s prompt was “.“Buried inside me”.
- Day 5’s prompt is “the rhythm of sunrise, the rhythm of sunset, filled her life“
Let’s see if we can find another PAD challenge this year.
I meant to post one of my poems today here, but that process adds an additional half-hour – and I think I just rebroke my ankle … so I am calling it a day.
