Continuing my SHE project,Apr 8’s prompt is “She draws …”.
Today’s prompt reminds me of the witch trials of the past. Especially the trial by water, where a woman is chained and dunked and ifshe doesn’t drown she is considered a witch. How many times as women does it seem like we get submerged by obstacles – and then get lambasted for surviving them? Or – horrors of horrors – have the audacity to thrive?
