Late – minor setback. I was feeling much better yesterday and got too optimistic, pushed myself too hard doing crisis management. So I just finished an hours-marathon of hurling. But finally got some sleep and now getting back to recovery. Breakfast is staying down – as is my antibiotics. And the rest of the day is sitting-down work – working on my poetry books, watching an art webinar later, doing some GIMP alterations.

The weather here in Oregon has turned. After days of gorgeous early-summer weather, It is cold and wet outside.

Which leads us to today’s prompt – “intempestus – unseasonable; stormy; unhealthy”.
